David Michôd's documentary Solo (co-directed with Jen Peedom) about Andrew McAuley's ill-fated attempt to kayak the wild and lonely Tasman Sea from Australia to New Zealand, will be released on DVD by Hopscotch on March 18. Following its recent BBC screening in the UK (as Solitary Endeavour On The Southern Ocean), it will screen on the ABC in Australia in April.
